Buraq Food Delivery connects customers with approved local outlets and their delivery riders through one platform. Depending on your area and the outlets available, you can explore prepared food, fresh fruit and vegetables, meat, groceries and legally permitted pharmacy products.

Our platform brings together three apps:

• Buraq Food Delivery: customers create an account, browse available outlets and products, place orders and view order updates.
• Buraq Partner: outlets apply to join, receive admin approval, manage their products and menus, set prices and deals, handle orders and manage rider access.
• Buraq Rider: riders use accounts created by their partner to access assigned orders and manage delivery updates. Rider registration and password resets are handled through the partner's administration panel.

Buraq operates on a partner subscription model. Approved outlets receive a seven-day free trial, followed by a paid monthly subscription to continue using the platform under the selected plan.

Each partner operates its own business and is responsible for its products, prices, taxes, packaging, delivery charges, riders, cancellations and product refunds. Customers can review the relevant outlet and order information before confirming a purchase. Buraq provides the technology connecting these activities and support for platform-related questions.
